Who We Are

Made By 360 operates madeby360.com. This policy explains the personal information we collect, why we use it and the choices you have. For purchases, we are the data controller of your information.

Information We Collect and Use

• Order information, including your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order details, to process orders, arrange delivery and handle returns and warranty claims.
• Payment information processed by the payment providers available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card number.
• Support information you provide by email or through our contact form, to answer your questions.
• Device and usage information, including IP address, browser information and store interactions, for security, analytics and advertising measurement.

We send order and dispatch updates in connection with your purchase. Promotional emails are optional; use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email to stop receiving marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary order updates.

Email and SMS

We use Shopify Messaging for optional promotional emails and text messages. We collect your email address or phone number and your channel-specific consent when you choose to subscribe, including through checkout or a signup form. Shopify and its messaging service providers process this information to manage subscriptions and deliver messages. We retain subscription and opt-out records to administer your preferences and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Unsubscribe using the link in a promotional email or reply STOP to a marketing text. For access, deletion or other privacy requests, email support@madeby360.com. Analytics and Marketing

We use PostHog analytics to understand how the store is used and diagnose problems. Data can include page interactions, clicks, scroll depth and form-submission events. PostHog can also collect session-interaction recordings where enabled. We are reviewing the configuration and retention of these tools. Browser cookie settings alone may not stop separate analytics integrations; contact us for help with an analytics opt-out request.

We use Meta marketing tools for Facebook and Instagram advertising and advertising measurement, including Shopify's Meta integration and Conversions API. Identifiers and browsing, cart, checkout and purchase information may be shared with Meta to measure advertising and show relevant ads. This sharing may be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable US state privacy laws.

Who Receives Information

Information is processed by providers that help operate the store, including Shopify for the storefront and checkout, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment providers, email service providers, PostHog for analytics and Meta for marketing and measurement. These providers receive information for the purposes described above.

Your Privacy Choices

Visit Your Privacy Choices to use the available opt-out controls for sale, sharing or targeted advertising. If the controls are unavailable, do not load, or you want help with a request, email support@madeby360.com and tell us which activity you want to opt out of, including Meta advertising sharing or PostHog analytics.

Where cookie choices are presented, you can decline non-essential analytics and marketing cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some store features may be affected. Browser cookie settings alone may not stop information sent by server integrations. An enabled Global Privacy Control signal communicates an opt-out preference for your browser; contact us if you need help confirming that your preference has been applied.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. Send a request to support@madeby360.com. We respond within the time required by applicable law.

Retention and Security

We keep order records for tax, warranty and legal purposes, and delete or anonymize other personal information when it is no longer needed. We use access controls and our store platform's security measures to protect information.
