1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using madeby360.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About Us
Made By 360 ("we", "us") offers products for the home, car, and travel through madeby360.com. We deliver within the United States. Contact us at support@madeby360.com or via the contact page.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation email. If an item is unavailable or mispriced, we will contact you and cancel or adjust the order with a full refund of anything paid.
4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at purchase through our secure payment providers. You confirm that the payment method is yours.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to US addresses. Delivery is estimated 2–7 days after purchase. You’ll see your shipping options and charges at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Read our Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery support. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns Within 30 Days
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility and refund terms in our Refund Policy. You may try the product; include all original parts and accessories when returning it. We provide a US return address by email. For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay the carrier directly. We do not deduct a return-shipping or restocking fee from your refund. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 30 days of delivery. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or applicable law requires otherwise. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Warranty
Every product we sell carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from delivery. Registration is optional. See our warranty page for claim instructions. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or accidental damage. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, interference with its operation, or infringement of our intellectual property. The Site and its content are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies, or any right to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

If you opt in, Made By 360 may send promotional emails and text messages using Shopify Messaging. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email or reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out of that channel.
