It is made for looking into tight, dark spaces you can’t see directly: engine bays, pipes and drains, vents, wall cavities and the gaps behind appliances or furniture. Feed the flexible cable in and watch the view on your phone. It is a visual inspection tool, so keep the camera tip out of standing water.
Plug the Type-C connector straight into your phone’s Type-C port and view the camera feed on your phone screen. There is no separate monitor to carry. Keep the tip clear of moving or hot parts while you look around.
It works with compatible Type-C Android phones with OTG support. OTG is the setting that lets a phone power and read plug-in USB accessories. If you are not sure your phone has it, check its settings or specifications before ordering.
The camera tip is approximately 7 mm across, slim enough to slip through small openings, vent slots and narrow gaps between parts.
Six LED lights sit in a ring around the lens on the camera tip, so the light points wherever the camera is looking. That helps in engine bays, cabinets and wall cavities where there is no other light.
